This is my diary of a trip to the American Society of Anesthesiologists' huge annual meeting in San Francisco, and a side trip to Yosemite National Park, in October 2003. It is mainly intended as a personal diary, and a way of keeping in touch with my family and friends, but anyone is welcome to take a peak!
